Dr. Angel Morgan is an Assistant Instructional Professional in the Learning Design and Technologies program at Arizona State University’s Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation. She serves as Program Coordinator for the BA in Educational Studies (Instructional Design) and teaches fully online courses in inclusive digital learning, instructional design, and emerging technologies.
Her work advances equitable digital learning by integrating Universal Design for Learning (UDL), WCAG-aligned accessibility standards, assistive technologies, and ethical applications of generative AI. Drawing on prior experience in analytics and curriculum engineering, she focuses on improving accessibility and interpretive equity in dashboards and data storytelling environments. She serves on the advisory board for the Center for Inclusive Technology in Education Systems (CITES) at CAST.
