Description

How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time! How do you change a culture? Through 1% shifts! Inspired by the book “Atomic Habits” by James Clear, Kate will discuss how to shift the digital accessibility culture using small, actionable steps people can incorporate into their everyday habits and workflows. This session is for new accessibility practitioners, team leaders, content creators and anyone looking for ways to easily introduce and incorporate digital accessibility. Attendees can expect to come away with new ideas and approaches that they can use to incorporate accessibility principles as well as ways to help encourage others.
