LaShawn Grant

LaShawn Grant is a traveler, adventurer, and the Institutional Equity and Compliance Officer and Title IX Coordinator for Dallas College. She has more than two decades of human resources and employee relations experience. At Dallas College, she’s responsible for the Sexual Misconduct Non-Discrimination Policy and its procedures. She also works to foster a supportive environment that is free from discrimination. She holds a bachelor's and master's degrees from San Diego State University in Public Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources.
