There’s a lot of conversation in the email universe about open rates, and whether they tell us meaningful information or not. With so many email client changes, it’s true that open rates don’t tell us what they used to with the same level of accuracy, but they’re still one of the most important signals to measure our deliverability.
If your open rates have been lowering without explanation, or if they’re hovering around 20%, you may have a deliverability issue.
