Zero-Click and Storytelling in Email
Date & Time
Friday, April 24, 2026, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM CDT
To register or attend, you must be a current DigiCol member.
Description
In this session, we’ll explore how email can be a space for storytelling, not just a route to other content. We’ll look at how zero-click emails deliver value directly in the inbox, and how short, well-structured stories can build affinity even when readers never click.
The discussion will focus on real questions teams are wrestling with:
- What kinds of stories actually work in email?
- How short is “enough” to still feel meaningful?
- How do you partner with central marketing and other campus teams to get stories you can actually tell?
We’ll talk through practical ways to build stronger story pipelines, so email becomes a place where insights, moments, and meaning show up, not just links.
After the session is over, we’ll continue the conversation on our #email-marketing Slack channel. All DigiCol members are welcome to join the Digital Collegium Slack Workspace.
