Biography
Dr. Anita Moore-Bohannon serves as the vice president of student affairs at Prairie State College, where she provides strategic leadership for student engagement, success and holistic support. Moore-Bohannon spent 18 years in community colleges before joining National Louis University, where she served as vice president of student affairs and led key initiatives in student success, equity planning and partnership development. In 2025, she returned to the community college sector, continuing her lifelong commitment to expanding access to higher education as a pathway to economic and social mobility for first-generation, low-income and historically underrepresented students.
