As teams begin thinking about next year’s budgets, it can be helpful to hear how others approach the process. In this session, two higher ed leaders will share how they plan, prioritize and make tradeoffs before numbers are finalized. The conversation will focus on practical approaches, real examples and lessons learned along the way.
