We're so excited to learn and share together during the Digital Collegium 2025 Accessibility Summit! Here is everything you need to know to get the most out of the day.

To log in to the event hub, use the email address listed on your registration receipt.

Here's some tips if you need help:

  • My login doesn't work. We'll email you a personalized login link about 45 minutes before the event begins. Use that link to auto-login to the event hub.
  • I've never logged in before. Create a login via the login prompt.
  • It's been a while since I logged in. Reset your password via the login prompt.
  • I need to update my email address. Chat with us (or email a11ysummit@digicol.org) to tell us what to change.

Schedule

The Digital Collegium 2025 Accessibility Summit will be live from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (UTC-05:00) Central Time (US & Canada) on Tuesday, July 29, 2025.

Access the event hub and adjust it to display in your time zone. Add events to “My Agenda” to create a personalized plan for the day!

Live sessions

A few things to keep in mind during sessions:

  • All sessions are pre-recorded to allow for video editing and captioning.
  • Transcripts will be available after the live presentation. Subtitles can be toggled on and off during each session.
  • The keynote and track sessions are set to autoplay at the session start time, so attendees experience the session together.
    • Ask questions of the presenter and connect with other attendees through the session chat window.
    • Visit the session after its time slot completes to watch it on demand. You'll have full video control.
  • Posters are delivered on-demand. You control when to start and stop each poster video. Hop between poster sessions during that time and chat with presenters.

Session replays

As an attendee, you can access session replays via the event hub through Wednesday, August 13, 2025. Replays are available on demand after a session time slot ends. You'll have full video control.

Digital Collegium paid membership provides unlimited on-demand access to the summit recordings. The Professional Development Library includes all recordings from this event and other DigiCol conferences.

Not sure if you're a paid member? Check your membership profile to find out.

After each session, please submit a session evaluation. Completing evaluations for the sessions you attend helps the planning team continue to improve this event each year. Thank you in advance for sharing your feedback.

Continuing education credits

Digital Collegium does not issue credits directly. IAAP has pre-approved the Accessibility Summit for Continuing Accessibility Education Credits (CAEC).

Browser compatibility

To get the best experience in the Swoogo platform, we recommend using Chromium based browsers such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. We recommend always using the latest version of your chosen browser.

Mozilla Firefox or Safari can also provide good experiences; however, there can be times where there may be slight visual differentiations (video controls, web design, etc.)

Internet Explorer is now deprecated, and Microsoft no longer supports it; therefore, we do not recommend using this browser to access our event.

Captions

Live event videos are closed captioned. Screen Readers may announce video captions when they appear visually on the screen. We suggest adjusting your screen reader settings to Speech on Demand in JAWS or adjust Verbosity Settings in VoiceOver.

Inclusion

Digital Collegium fosters an inclusive dialogue around existing and emerging topics in higher education. We welcome you, whoever you may be, to contribute and help our community grow. We respect our colleagues’ identities and work to create inclusive environments on and offline for people of all abilities.

We strive to reduce barriers to participation. If you feel that there is something preventing you from feeling fully included in our community’s events and spaces, please let us know.

Code of Conduct

The DigiCol community is awesome. And we want it to keep being awesome for everyone. As we look forward to a great summit, we want to remind everyone of what we know you already know: Digital Collegium is dedicated to working toward a harassment-free community and conference experience for everyone. Read our full Code of Conduct policy.

Questions?

Have a question on conference day? The event chat will open at 8:30 AM (UTC-05:00) Central Time (US & Canada) and will be open throughout the conference. You can ask any questions there, and a member of our conference planning team will jump in. You can also email questions to a11ysummit@digicol.org
