Ethical analytics and consent management

Date & Time

Thursday, August 13, 2026, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM CDT

To register or attend, you must be a current DigiCol member.

Description
Higher education must balance personalized student experiences with FERPA requirements and evolving state privacy laws. In 2026, a privacy-first approach is no longer optional. It is the standard. With that in mind, how are institutions managing consent while still collecting useful, actionable insights and analytics?|

Join us for an open discussion with peers and professionals about consent management strategies, tailored tracking, FERPA-related filtering, and other topics related to privacy and data collection. There is no need to prepare anything unless you have ideas or examples you would like to share. This lightly structured conversation is designed to spark ideas, share experiences and provide practical insights for everyone who attends.

After the session is over, we’ll continue the conversation on our #analytics Slack channel. All members are welcome to join the Digital Collegium Slack Workspace.
