Please join us on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, for Digital Collegium 2025 Colorado Regional Conference in Denver.

Your registration includes a full day of conference presentations, access to sponsor booths and lunch. And there's a welcome event the night before.

Early bird (through April 30)

  • General: $165
  • Paid DigiCol member: $130

Regular (May 1 - May 30)

  • General: $185
  • Paid DigiCol member: $150

Digital Collegium member discount

Paid Digital Collegium members (premium, institutional, affiliate or student) receive a registration discount. Use the email account associated with your Digital Collegium membership during registration and the discount will be applied automatically. Not sure of your current membership status? Check your Membership Profile.

Not a paid Digital Collegium member yet? Become a member, then register at the discounted rate.

All faculty, staff and students of institutional members also receive the member discount. If you don’t find member pricing when registering, please join your institution's membership to activate the discount.

How to register — DigiCol account required

You need a free Digital Collegium account to register yourself or others. 

  1. Start the registration process.
  2. Log in with your existing Digital Collegium account — or create a new account. (If you haven't logged in since February 2025, you'll need to reset your password.)
  3. Register for the event. (You can even add your whole team to one registration!)

Other discounts

Committee and presenters receive a full registration waiver.

Cancellation policy

Payment for your registration must be received by May 15. After that date, we reserve the right to cancel unpaid registrations and offer the seat to someone on the waitlist.

Before May 15

If you cancel your paid registration on or before May 15, 2025, you will receive a full refund of registration fees.

Between May 15 and May 30

During this time, cancellations have the following options:

  • Receive a full refund less a $100 administrative fee.
  • Transfer the registration to another person at your institution.

After May 30

After May 30, cancellations have the following options:

  • Transfer the registration to another person at your institution.

No full refunds will be made for registrations canceled after May 30.

Due to financial commitments (e.g., food and beverage) Digital Collegium must make in the weeks leading up to the conference, your fees are expended regardless of whether you attend or not. This is why we cannot refund fees after a certain date.
