Casey Eickhoff, the self-proclaimed "Theyoncé of Engineering," is a Design Engineer at Adobe crafting accessible components for the Spectrum Web Components design system. Their career journey began in 2009 at Texas State University, where they first flexed their creative muscles before spending 10 years mastering the art of UX design. In 2019, Casey embraced their inner code enthusiast and evolved into an engineering powerhouse.

Throughout their career, Casey has championed accessibility in both design and development. One of their proudest achievements was creating low-literacy software that helped Alaskan villages maintain vital generators—proving that great design should reach everyone, everywhere.

With a BFA in Communication Design from Texas State University and battle scars from an intensive women's coding bootcamp at the University of Denver, Casey brings a rare blend of artistic vision and technical know-how to every project. They're on a mission to make the digital world more inclusive, one pixel-perfect, accessible component at a time—all while keeping it fun, friendly, and fabulously functional.
