Don’t let your website flunk: The college guide to user testing

Date & Time

Tuesday, May 26, 2026, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
(UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada)

To register or attend, you must be a current, paid DigiCol member.

Description

Have you ever launched a website or online tool that didn't undergo proper user testing? Most have, even though we know testing is essential for a successful product. User testing can feel daunting and complex, and it's often difficult to know where to begin.

In this session, I will walk you through the steps of conducting successful user acceptance testing before you launch. We'll cover how to determine what to test, how to write unbiased testing questions, how to guide your users during testing, and how to know when to lean in and step back when the spicy clicks heat up.
