DigiCol member discount
Paid Digital Collegium members (premium, institutional, affiliate or student) receive a registration discount. Use the email account associated with your Digital Collegium membership during registration, and the discount will be applied automatically.
All faculty, staff and students of institutional members also receive the member discount. If you don’t find member pricing when registering, please connect to your institution's membership to activate the discount.
Cancellation policy
Payment for your registration must be received by Sept. 4, 2026. After that date, we reserve the right to cancel unpaid registrations and offer the seat to someone on the waitlist.
Registrations cannot be transferred but can be canceled anytime by modifying your registration.
- Paid registrations canceled before Sept. 4, 2026, will receive a full refund.
- Paid registrations canceled on or after Sept 4, 2026, will not be refunded.
