The Future of Higher Ed Content: Building Trust in a Noisy World

Higher education content teams are operating in a far more complex environment than they were just a few years ago. Audience attention is fragmented. Institutional trust is harder won. Search and discoverability are changing. AI is accelerating content production while raising the stakes for quality, clarity and authenticity.

In this opening keynote, Jaime Hunt explores what higher ed content must do now to break through the noise and create real value. She argues that the future belongs not to the institutions that publish the most, but to the ones that create content with the clearest purpose, strongest point of view and deepest understanding of their audiences. This session will connect storytelling, brand, strategy and performance into one practical framework for modern content leadership.

Attendees will leave with a clearer sense of how to create content that builds trust, sharpens institutional distinctiveness and supports measurable goals across channels and teams.
