Adam Staffa is principal UX and web strategist with Culture Foundry. He brings 15 years of experience in higher education web strategy and digital marketing, along with an additional decade in global media with MSNBC, Getty Images and PR Newswire. Previously, he served as associate director of web strategy and digital marketing and as senior multimedia marketing strategist, leading large-scale web and marketing initiatives for universities, community colleges and specialized agencies.

He collaborates regularly with experts in the field, including Andy Fitzgerald, a renowned information architect and frequent speaker at leading IA conferences, and Tamara Adlin, author of "The Persona Lifecycle" and pioneer of alignment strategy in tech. Adam has taught UX design and presented at Digital Collegium twice before. Known for weaving relatable case studies into his talks, he simplifies complex topics so audiences walk away with practical insights.

With a background spanning strategy, UX, marketing and multimedia production, Adam is user-centered, data-informed and outcomes-driven, with a strong focus on equity, accessibility and diversity.

Originally from New York City and now based in Seattle, Adam enjoys the outdoors, photography, film and single-origin chocolate — and is currently working on a chocolate tasting app.
