Tina Miller is a higher education AI strategist, storyteller and leadership catalyst helping institutions navigate one of the most transformative moments in modern education.

As executive director of Creative x Communications for Enterprise Technology at Arizona State University, Tina leads initiatives that integrate artificial intelligence into the university's digital ecosystem — from enterprise communications strategy to AI-driven innovation storytelling. She played a key role in amplifying ASU's historic collaboration with OpenAI and champions responsible, practical AI adoption aligned with the university's charter and mission of public impact.

Through keynotes, workshops and advisory sessions, Tina helps leaders move AI from buzzword to blueprint. She equips organizations to build AI-ready teams, strengthen digital capability and foster cultures of continuous learning and innovation. Her approach blends strategic clarity with human-centered leadership, emphasizing that AI should expand creativity, accelerate impact and position institutions for long-term success.

Tina is the founder of the AI Beacon Network, a consortium of more than 275 members representing over 170 institutions. The network advances AI integration across higher education marketing and communications teams, creating a collaborative space to share practical applications and forward-looking strategies that strengthen storytelling and operational effectiveness.

A graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism with an MBA from the University of Phoenix, Tina combines strategic business acumen with deep storytelling expertise. With more than three decades of presentation experience — and a background in stand-up comedy — she brings energy, warmth and practical insight to audiences ranging from leadership retreats to national conferences. She challenges leaders to embrace change with confidence and shape the future of higher education with purpose and momentum.
