Sunday, Oct. 18

The interior of the King’s Garden Ballroom at the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown, set up for an elegant evening event. Round tables with white linens, navy blue napkins, and floral centerpieces are spread across a patterned carpet. Large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a night view of the city, including a distant illuminated holiday tree, framed by tall gold curtains and warm indoor lighting.

Kick off your Digital Collegium 2026 experience at our welcome reception, hosted at the conference hotel, the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown. This relaxed gathering is the perfect way to connect with fellow attendees, presenters and volunteers from the start.

Whether you’re meeting new people or catching up with familiar faces, the welcome reception is all about bringing this community together. Enjoy light bites, refreshments and plenty of great conversation as you start making connections that carry through the rest of the conference.

Monday, Oct. 19

Dinner is on your own, but we’ve got you covered with a list of local restaurants open Monday night. Check back as we get closer to the conference for more opportunities to connect and unwind with fellow attendees.

Heinz History Center 
 

We’re taking over the entire Heinz History Center for an unforgettable night of exploration, great conversations and plenty of fun. With exclusive access to all exhibits and spaces, you’ll have the freedom to wander and experience Pittsburgh in a whole new way.

As a bonus, you also receive complimentary access to the Heinz History Center and Fort Pitt Museum from Oct. 19-21, 2026 so you can come back and explore even more. Shuttle transportation will be provided between the conference hotel and the venue. Additional details coming soon.
