Kick off your Digital Collegium 2026 experience at our welcome reception, hosted at the conference hotel, the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown. This relaxed gathering is the perfect way to connect with fellow attendees, presenters and volunteers from the start.
Whether you’re meeting new people or catching up with familiar faces, the welcome reception is all about bringing this community together. Enjoy light bites, refreshments and plenty of great conversation as you start making connections that carry through the rest of the conference.

Dinner with friends
Dinner Monday evening is on your own, but you don’t have to dine alone. Members of the DigiCol Board of Directors are teaming up with several sponsors to host small-group dinners at local restaurants. Dinner is free for attendees, courtesy of our sponsors. It’s a great way to meet new people and continue conversations from the day.
Want to join a dinner group? Stop by the DigiCol booth, #201, in the exhibit hall to sign up. Space is limited, so we encourage you to sign up early.
Prefer to make your own plans? Explore local restaurants open Monday night and enjoy Pittsburgh with colleagues or friends.

Tequila Cowboy
Come unleash your inner rock star at the 15th annual karaoke outing at Tequila Cowboy, just a 15-minute walk from the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh hotel. No singing experience required.
Stop by DubBot (booth #101) or Evolving Web (booth #306) in the exhibit hall to receive a complimentary ticket for the event.
Buses returning attendees to the hotel after the big social event will make a stop at Tequila Cowboy for anyone who wants to join the karaoke fun. The buses will run until approximately 10:30 p.m.
After sessions wrap up Tuesday, dinner is on your own. Then, hop on a shuttle and join us at the Heinz History Center for an unforgettable night of exploration, great conversations and plenty of fun!
Enjoy drinks and dessert as you explore the museum with fellow attendees. With exclusive access to all exhibits and spaces, you’ll have the freedom to wander and experience Pittsburgh in a whole new way. As a bonus, your conference registration includes complimentary admission to the Heinz History Center and Fort Pitt Museum from Oct. 19-21, so you can come back and explore even more.
