Registration for the Digital Collegium 2026 Annual conference opens Tuesday, April 14.
To register yourself or others, you’ll need a free DigiCol account.
Registration options
In person (Oct. 18-21, 7 tracks)
Join us in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, for four days of learning and networking. Explore seven conference tracks, connect at social events and join conversations shaping digital innovation in higher ed. Plus, enjoy on-demand access to all session recordings for four weeks after the event.
Early bird (through July 31)

Online: team livestream
(Oct. 19-21, 3 tracks)
Share the online conference experience with your whole team! One person registers and streams the live online track sessions with up to 25 colleagues. Your team can watch together in a shared space or join remotely via screen share — no additional registrations required.
(Note: Only the registered attendee will have access to on-demand recordings of the online track sessions after the event.)

Registration discounts
DigiCol member discount
Paid Digital Collegium members (premium, institutional, affiliate or student) receive a registration discount. Use the email account associated with your Digital Collegium membership during registration, and the discount will be applied automatically.
All faculty, staff and students of institutional members also receive the member discount. If you don’t find member pricing when registering, please connect to your institution's membership to activate the discount
Presenter discounts
- Track and lightning session presenters receive free in-person conference registration. Each session can receive up to three registration waivers.
- Workshop facilitators receive free in-person conference registration.
- All presenters pay the standard attendee workshop fee.

Cancellation policy
Payment for your registration must be received by Sept. 28, 2026. After that date, we reserve the right to cancel unpaid registrations and offer the seat to someone on the waitlist.
Before Aug. 7, 2026
If you cancel your paid registration on or before Aug. 7, 2026, you will receive a full refund of registration fees.
Between Aug. 7, 2026 and Sept. 28, 2026
During this time, cancellations have the following options:
- Receive a full refund less a $100 administrative fee.
- Transfer the registration to another person at your institution.
- Switch an in-person registration to an online registration and receive a refund for the difference in fee.
After Sept. 28, 2026
After Sept. 28, 2026, cancellations have the following options:
- Transfer the registration to another person at your institution.
- Switch an in-person registration to an online registration and receive a refund for the difference in registration fee, minus a $100 administrative fee.
No full refunds will be made for registrations canceled after Sept. 28, 2026.
Due to financial commitments (e.g., food and beverage, hotel room nights, transportation and other contractual arrangements), Digital Collegium must make in the weeks leading up to the conference, your fees are expended regardless of whether you attend or not. This is why we cannot refund fees after a certain date.
Accommodations
Digital Collegium provides reasonable accommodations with advance notice. You can request accommodations during registration. A member of our conference team will follow up to confirm your needs.
