For Attendees

We're so excited to learn and share together! Here is everything you need to know to get the most out of the Digital Collegium 2026 Minnesota Regional Conference.

Pre-conference social event

Sponsored by

Join us on Tuesday, June 16 from 6–8 p.m. for a one-of-a-kind Digital Collegium pre-conference networking event at Can Can Wonderland!

Entry, food and drinks are free! Network with fellow attendees in a creative space built within a historic canning factory while challenging your peers to classic arcade games, pinball, skee-ball or a round of mini-golf.

Location and travel planning

Whether you are arriving by plane at MSP, taking the METRO Green Line, riding Amtrak, or navigating campus by bike and scooter, we have mapped out your best routes.

Secure our discounted hotel room blocks, view campus parking maps, and find specific venue walking directions.

The conference day

Experience a full day of professional development, collaborative learning and meaningful networking. Whether you are attending the keynote or moving between tracking rooms, the schedule is designed to let you customize your day around the topics that interest you most.

Note: For easiest access enter through the west-side entrance (off 19th Ave. S.).

Check-in and registration

Your first step is the registration desk in the Humphrey Events Center. Check in to grab your conference badge and the important info you need. Registration opens at 8 a.m.

Welcome and keynote

We'll start the day together at 9 a.m. at the conference welcome and keynote session. Gather with fellow attendees to hear from our featured keynote and and get inspired for the tracks ahead.

Throughout the day

The conference features two tracks, and you can move between rooms for the sessions you want. A midday lunch is provided, and we'll wrap up the day together at 4:30 p.m. for our closing remarks.

Sponsor exhibits

Please make sure to connect with our amazing sponsors. They support higher education and offer products and services to help advance your school. They'd love to chat with you.

Session evaluations

After each session, please submit an evaluation. Completing these helps our presenters and planning team continue to improve the event experience. Thank you in advance for sharing your feedback!

Stay connected

We'd 💙 to stay connected with you during and after the event. Use the conference hashtag #DigiColMN to share insights, join our #mn26-attendees Slack channel or explore our on-demand Professional Development Library.

What to pack and wear

What should I bring?

You’ll have tons of takeaways and golden nuggets to bring back to campus, so you’ll want to bring whatever means works best for you to take notes. We suggest arriving with a fully-charged battery, and also recommend bringing your own reusable water bottle to help us cut down on waste.

Clothing and attire

Conference attire is business casual – with a strong emphasis on the “casual.” Jeans, tees, khakis and comfy kicks are common, too, both during the conference sessions and at evening events. Remember, session rooms can be chilly, so you may want to throw in a sweater for daytime wear.
