Registration
Please join us Wednesday, June 17, 2026, for the Minnesota Regional in Minneapolis.
Your registration includes a full day of conference presentations, access to sponsor booths and lunch. And there's a welcome event the night before.
Registration will open in early April.
You need a free DigiCol account to register yourself or others.
Early bird (through May 8)

Regular (May 9-June 9)

DigiCol member discount
Paid Digital Collegium members (premium, institutional, affiliate or student) receive a registration discount. Use the email account associated with your Digital Collegium membership during registration, and the discount will be applied automatically.
All faculty, staff and students of institutional members also receive the member discount. If you don’t find member pricing when registering, please connect to your institution's membership to activate the discount.
Cancellation policy
Payment for your registration must be received by Friday, May 22, 2026. After that date, we reserve the right to cancel unpaid registrations and offer the seat to someone on the waitlist.
Before May 22, 2026
If you cancel your paid registration on or before May 22, 2026, you will receive a full refund of registration fees.
Between May 22 and June 1, 2026
During this time, cancellations have the following options:
- Receive a full refund less a $100 administrative fee.
- Transfer the registration to another person at your institution.
- Switch an in-person registration to an online registration and receive a refund for the difference in fee.
After June 1, 2026
After June 1, 2026, cancellations have the following options:
- Transfer the registration to another person at your institution.
- Switch an in-person registration to an online registration and receive a refund for the difference in registration fee, minus a $100 administrative fee.
No full refunds will be made for registrations canceled after June 1, 2026.
Due to financial commitments (e.g., food and beverage, hotel room nights, transportation and other contractual arrangements) Digital Collegium must make in the weeks leading up to the conference, your fees are expended regardless of whether you attend or not. This is why we cannot refund fees after a certain date.
