Shipping, freight and special orders

Stetson Convention Services. is the official exhibit service contractor, managing the shipping and freight, furniture, flooring, and other special orders.

To order, you can create a login and order online at Stetson or email your order to the conference contact:

Stetson Convention Services advance order deadline is Friday, October 2.

Special Catering Orders for the Exhibit Hall will be fulfilled by the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown Convention Services.

Sponsor move-in and schedule 

  • 11:00 a.m.– 5:30 p.m. - Sponsor move-in.
    • Register/pick up badges outside of the exhibit hall at the registration desk. 
    • Stetson Convention Services will have a service desk in the exhibit hall during move-in to answer questions about freight, furniture, and other items ordered.
    • Lead Retrieval - Nick DeNardis will be available for onsite assistance with any problems related to the lead retrieval app. Ask for him at the DigiCol booth or registration desk. 
  • 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. - Welcome Reception in the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown​​​​​​​ in the King's Garden room on the second floor. 

  • 7 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. - Sponsor setup, if needed. 
  • 8:00 a.m - Sponsor Exhibit Hall opens
  • 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. - Breakfast
  • 10:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. - Refreshment break in exhibit hall.
  • 12:00 p.m.- 1:00 p.m. - Lunch
  • 2:45 p.m.– 4:00 p.m. - Refreshment break in exhibit hall.
  • 5 p.m. - Sponsor Exhibit Hall closes

  • 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. - Breakfast
  • 8:00 a.m. – Sponsor Exhibit Hall opens
  • 10:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. - Refreshment break in exhibit hall and visit the sponsor's virtual booths break online

  • 4:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sponsors needing to move out on Tuesday may do so after the afternoon break, if breakdown doesn't obstruct the aisles or interfere with the exhibit hall activity. Access to shipping assistance may be limited. 
  • 5 p.m. -Exhibit Hall closes
  • 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. - Big Social Event

  • 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. - Breakfast
  • 8:00 a.m. - Exhibit hall opens
  • 10:15 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. - Refreshment break in exhibit hall
  • 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Sponsor move-out.
    For the safety of attendees, the use of aisles for breakdown (including pallet and box delivery) is not permitted on Wednesday before 11 a.m.
  • 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Lunch

Passport game prizes

Drive traffic to your booth, spark meaningful conversations, and get your brand in front of attendees by contributing a prize (minimal value $100) to the DigiCol Passport Game. When you contribute to the game your booth will become a key stop on the attendee exhibit hall journey and be promoted online, in the passport materials and promotions and on booth signage.

Lead retrieval app

Included in Silver, Gold and Platinum packages
$1,000, includes three devices. 

Email sponsors@digicol.org to add the lead retrieval app to your package. Event Citadel (formerly CompuSystems) is the official lead capture provider for #DigiCol26. The app is designed for quick setup and simple, efficient lead management.
