Shipping, freight and special orders

Stetson Convention Services. is the official exhibit service contractor, managing the shipping and freight, furniture, flooring, and other special orders. Do not ship materials to the hotel.

To order, you can create a login and order online at Stetson or email your order to the conference contact:

Stetson Convention Services advance order deadline is Friday, October 2.

Special catering orders, additional electric drops or internet (other than wifi) within the Exhibit Hall will be fulfilled by the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown Convention Services.

Make a strong visual impact with a prominently placed 8-foot tall meter board, an ideal way to showcase your brand, promote a product or guide attendees to your booth. Limit of one double-sided, freestanding sign per sponsor.

Passport game prizes

Drive traffic to your booth, spark meaningful conversations, and get your brand in front of attendees by contributing a prize (minimal value $100) to the DigiCol Passport Game. When you contribute to the game your booth will become a key stop on the attendee exhibit hall journey and be promoted online, in the passport materials and promotions and on booth signage.
