Know the tropes. Spot the slop. Make it human.

Session date and time

Monday, October 19, 2026, 4:00 PM - 4:45 PM EDT

AI is not taking your job. But a human using AI might. Writers and designers are not being replaced, but their role is changing. The real question is not whether to use AI. It is how to use it without losing originality, emotional resonance and craft. In this session, we will explore what it looks like to treat AI as a creative partner instead of a shortcut. We will break down the patterns AI leans on, the phrases it overuses, and the visual shortcuts that make so much work feel strangely eerie and at the same time completely forgettable. Through live demos and real examples, we will explore how to use AI for content creation, then take responsibility for what you create, pushing outputs past generic polish into work that is emotionally resonant, original and ethically sound.
