UX for non-UXers

In this hands-on workshop, we'll cover low-effort, high-impact methods, such as surveys, user interviews and user testing, while you practice real skills: writing survey questions that don't lead the witness, crafting tasks that guide users without giving away the answer, and getting people to think aloud while they test.
