Content strategy and AI — from fundamentals to future-ready

Session date and time

Wednesday, October 21, 2026, 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM EDT

Most teams create content without a strategy and publish simply because they have to, not because it serves a goal. This workshop builds the foundation. You'll learn how to use AI to audit your existing content, identify what's working and what's dead weight, define content pillars tied to real institutional goals, and establish KPIs that actually measure impact. We'll conduct hands-on audits of your content so you can apply these concepts in real time, not just hear about them. With a strategy and research data in place, AI has something to work with. You will learn how to integrate AI tools into your content workflow responsibly and effectively. You'll learn how to use AI for content analysis and gap identification, build a custom GPT trained on your institutional knowledge, set up automations that handle repetitive tasks while humans stay in control, and structure workflows where AI amplifies your team's expertise instead of replacing it. We'll build working tools together during the session. You'll leave with functional AI workflows, not just slides.
