In this interactive workshop, we will dive more into what governance means, how to assess your current state and how to evolve your web governance structures to better support the goals of your site and the needs of your web editing team. We will discuss defining roles and responsibilities with their corresponding workflows, managing website update and CMS access requests, defining authoritative content, and creating helpful training and documentation.
