Nicole Knoll provides strategic leadership to the University of Iowa Center for Advancement, bridging the gap between marketing strategy, technology infrastructure and data analytics. She works closely with communications leadership to manage and optimize marketing systems, enterprise technologies and data integrity practices that directly support organizational goals. Her leadership ensures that platforms, processes and people are aligned to deliver scalable, efficient and measurable results across the advancement enterprise.
She delivers strategic oversight for all centrally coordinated marketing technology and analytics initiatives, including email platforms and reporting frameworks, with a strong focus on performance measurement and continuous improvement. Nicole is a two-time graduate of the University of Iowa, earning a bachelor's degree in English literature and a master's degree in business analytics.
