Jim Nourse

James Nourse is senior director of web strategy at Penn State University, where he leads the team responsible for Penn State's digital experience platform and the centralization of the university's web ecosystem. Over eight years, he has architected Penn State's transition from 20 years of decentralization to an integrated digital infrastructure connecting web, analytics, design systems and marketing technology. Before Penn State, Jim worked at the University of California building enterprise digital tools and leading organizational transformation initiatives. His career spans web product development across higher education, health care, radio, publishing and early-stage startups in Silicon Valley. He holds a degree from Lafayette College.
