The conference day

Experience a full day of learning and networking.

Sessions and keynote

We'll start the day together at 9:00 a.m. at conference welcome.

The conference offers two tracks throughout the day. You're welcome to move between the rooms to attend sessions that most interest you.

Lunch is provided for all attendees. During that time, Keynote Sofia Serrano will take you on a tour of large language models, including how they work, recent developments, and why we care.

Finally, we'll end the day together at 4:15 p.m. for closing remarks and prize giveaways.

Sponsors exhibits

Please make sure to connect with our amazing sponsors.  They support higher education and offer products and services to help advance your school. They'd love to chat with you.

Session evaluations

After each session, please submit a session evaluation. Completing those for the sessions you attend helps the presenters and planning team continue to improve. Thank you in advance for sharing your feedback.

And you earn entries into our prize drawing each time you complete a session evaluation.

Clothing and attire

Conference attire is business casual – with a strong emphasis on the “casual.” Jeans, tees, khakis and comfy kicks are common, too, both during the conference sessions and at evening events. Remember, session rooms can be chilly, so you may want to throw in a sweater for daytime wear.

Photos

We'll be crowdsourcing photos to help remember the experience. Please upload your photos throughout the event.

Connect with DigiCol

We'd 💙 to stay connected with you during and after the event.
