DigiCol member discount
Paid Digital Collegium members (premium, institutional, affiliate or student) receive a registration discount. Use the email account associated with your Digital Collegium membership during registration, and the discount will be applied automatically.
All faculty, staff and students of institutional members also receive the member discount. If you don’t find member pricing when registering, please connect to your institution's membership to activate the discount.
Cancellation policy
Payment for your registration must be received by May 31, 2025. After that date, we reserve the right to cancel unpaid registrations and offer the seat to someone on the waitlist.
Before May 31
If you cancel your paid registration on or before May 31, 2025, you will receive a full refund of registration fees.
Between May 31 and June 11
During this time, cancellations have the following options:
- Receive a full refund less a $100 administrative fee.
- Transfer the registration to another person at your institution.
After June 11
After June 11, you may transfer the registration to another person at your institution. No full refunds will be made for registrations canceled after June 11.
Due to financial commitments (e.g., food and beverage) Digital Collegium must make in the weeks leading up to the conference, your fees are expended regardless of whether you attend or not. This is why we cannot refund fees after a certain date.
