Dr. Amanda Coltri is associate director of web strategy and content at Bryn Mawr College. Her professional scope involves the assessment and strategic integration of technical, data-driven systems, processes, and policies related to the College website and other digital properties. Dr. Coltri leads Bryn Mawr's Web and Digital Strategy team in improving user experience, analytics-focused reporting, search engine optimization, and digital ecosystem planning and development.
Prior to her role at Bryn Mawr, Dr. Coltri served as associate director of enrollment systems and onboarding operations at Rowan University (NJ), where she led cross-departmental teams to enhance the University's digital presence, strategize cost-effective website solutions, and improve business processes. At Rowan, she oversaw the enrollment division's data systems, with a focus on enhancing system usage, building capacity across departments, and expanding enterprise-level implementation and development. Dr. Coltri also led successful strategic projects in digital marketing, CRM development, website management, and high-visibility digital corporate projects in her previous roles, as lead digital developer for the Philadelphia Eagles, sports information director at Montgomery County Community College (PA), and web manager at Rosemont College (PA).
Dr. Coltri's educational background features a holistic liberal arts approach, consisting of extensive work in natural sciences, humanities, and social science. Dr. Coltri earned her doctorate degree at Rowan University, where her research interests included transition-to-college social support, the evolution and future of digital student support services, the impact of new technologies on higher education communications strategies, and asset-based support models for first-generation students. In 2013, she earned a master's in sports leadership from Northeastern University, focusing primarily on research involving academic support for underserved student-athlete populations. In 2004, Dr. Coltri was awarded a dual degree in philosophy and geology from Bryn Mawr College.
