Experience Grand Rapids, Michigan!

Grand Rapids is a vibrant city less than an hour from the shore of Lake Michigan and home to a mix of arts and culture, breweries, restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities. It is a culturally rich city with many attractions like the Frederik Meijer Gardens, the Gerald Ford Presidential Museum and the Grand Rapids Public Museum. With more than 40 breweries, Grand Rapids was recently voted Beer City, USA.

Conference facility

DeVos Place puts visitors right in the middle of everything happening in downtown Grand Rapids. Located on the banks of the Grand River, the venue offers the perfect backdrop for conference participants to explore the city and all it has to offer.

The historic Amway Grand Plaza is a true destination in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. It provides skywalk access to the conference facility and downtown hot spots. The hotel also features nine on-site restaurants and bars, an indoor pool, fitness center and on-site spa, all set in a prime riverside location.

By car

DeVos Place has parking conveniently located under the convention center. Access to the parking lot is on Michigan Street and Lyon Street. 

Please note, you cannot access the underground parking garage if you are heading West on Michigan Street. No left hand turns are permitted due to a semi-permanent concrete berm installed for a new crosswalk.

Additional parking is available in the City-County Building on Monroe Avenue (across from DeVos Place) or several other parking structures within walking distance.

By air

To get to Grand Rapids, Michigan by plane, you can fly into Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR). GRR is located in Cascade Township, about 13 miles southeast of Grand Rapids and a 20 minute ride share to the conference facility and hotel.

By rail

With daily train service aboard the Pere Marquette, getting to Grand Rapids is easy, and is just a five-minute ride share from the conference facility and hotel.
