#DigiCol25 will take place online and in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Sept. 28-Oct. 1, 2025 at the DeVos Place in downtown Grand Rapids. 

The official conference hotel is the historic Amway Grand Plaza.  Book your reservations early!

Art Craft Display, Inc. is the official exposition service contractor, managing the shipping and freight; flooring, furniture, signage and other accessories need in the exhibit hall. Please contact them at 616-791-8024 with any questions.

Sponsor move-in and schedule

  • 11:00 a.m.– 5:30 p.m. - Sponsor move-in.
    • Register/pick up badges outside of the exhibit hall at the registration desk. 
    • ArtCraft Services will have a service desk in the exhibit hall during move-in to answer questions about freight, furniture, and other items ordered.
    • Lead Retrieval - CompuSystems will have an on-site technician available for assistance with any problems related to the lead retrieval app.
  • 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. - Welcome Reception in the Amway Grand Ambassador Ballroom.
  • 7 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. - Sponsor setup, if needed. 
  • 8:00 a.m - Sponsor Exhibit Hall opens
  • 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. - Breakfast
  • 10:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. - Refreshment break in exhibit hall
  • 12:00 p.m.- 1:00 p.m. - Lunch
  • 2:45 p.m.– 4:00 p.m. - Refreshment break in sponsor hall and visit the sponsor's virtual booths break online
  • 5 p.m. - Sponsor Exhibit Hall closes
  • 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. - Breakfast
  • 8:00 a.m. – Sponsor Exhibit Hall opens
  • 10:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. - Refreshment break in sponsor hall and visit the sponsor's virtual booths break online
  • 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. - Lunch
  • 2:45 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. - Refreshment break in sponsor hall
  • 4:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sponsors needing to move over on Tuesday may do so after the afternoon break, if breakdown doesn't obstruct the aisles or interfere with the exhibit hall activity. Access to shipping assistance may be limited. 
  • 5 p.m. - Sponsor Exhibit Hall closes
  • 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. - Big Social Event
  • 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. - Breakfast
  • 8:00 a.m. - Sponsor hall opens
  • 10:15 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. - Refreshment break in sponsor hall
  • 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Sponsor move-out.
    For the safety of attendees, the use of aisles for breakdown (including pallet and box delivery) is not permitted on Wednesday before 11 a.m.
  • 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Lunch
