Registration options

 

In person (4 days, 7 tracks)

Join us in Grand Rapids, Michigan, for four days of learning and collaboration. Explore seven conference tracks, connect at social events and take part in conversations that drive digital innovation in higher ed. Plus, enjoy four weeks of on-demand access to all session recordings across every track after the event.

Early bird (through July 31)

  • General: $950.
  • Paid DigiCol member: $850.
  • Pre- and post-conference workshops $199 each.

Regular (Aug. 1-Sept. 2)

  • General: $1,125.
  • Paid DigiCol member: $1,025.
  • Pre- and post-conference workshops $199 each.
 

Online (3 days, 3 tracks)

Expand your web and digital expertise from anywhere in the world! Enjoy three days of learning and on-demand access to session recordings from the online tracks for four weeks after the event.

Early bird (through July 31)

  • General: $340.
  • Paid DigiCol member: $265.

Regular (Aug. 1-Sept. 28)

  • General: $360.
  • Paid DigiCol member: $285.

DigiCol member discount

Paid Digital Collegium members (premium, institutional, affiliate or student) receive a registration discount. Use the email account associated with your Digital Collegium membership during registration, and the discount will be applied automatically.

All faculty, staff and students of institutional members also receive the member discount. If you don’t find member pricing when registering, please connect to your institution's membership to activate the discount.

How to register — DigiCol account required

You need a free Digital Collegium account to register yourself or others. 

  1. Start the registration process.
  2. Log in with your existing Digital Collegium account — or create a new account. (If you haven't logged in since February 2025, you'll need to reset your password.)
  3. Register for the event. (You can even add your whole team to one registration!)

Presenter discounts

  • Track session and lightning session presenters receive free in-person conference registration. There is a max of three registration waivers per session.
  • Poster presenters receive free online conference registration, applicable to in-person attendance.
  • Workshop facilitators receive free in-person conference registration.

Cancellation policy

Payment for your registration must be received by Sept. 2, 2025. After that date, we reserve the right to cancel unpaid registrations and offer the seat to someone on the waitlist.

Before Aug. 18

If you cancel your paid registration on or before Aug. 18, you will receive a full refund of registration fees.

Between Aug. 18 and Sept. 18

During this time, cancellations have the following options:

  • Receive a full refund less a $100 administrative fee.
  • Transfer the registration to another person at your institution.
  • Switch an in-person registration to an online registration and receive a refund for the difference in fee.

After Sept. 18

After Sept. 18, cancellations have the following options:

  • Transfer the registration to another person at your institution.
  • Switch an in-person registration to an online registration and receive a refund for the difference in registration fee, minus a $100 administrative fee.

No full refunds will be made for registrations canceled after Sept. 18.

Due to financial commitments (e.g., food and beverage, hotel room nights, transportation and other contractual arrangements) Digital Collegium must make in the weeks leading up to the conference, your fees are expended regardless of whether you attend or not. This is why we cannot refund fees after a certain date.

Accommodations

American Sign Language (ASL) translators and Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) services are available as needed. Reach out to us at conference@digicol.org so we can help coordinate your needs.
