Amy Grace has been designing interfaces, building taxonomies and finding content solutions since 2005. She is currently a senior content strategist at Bixal working in civic tech in support of the Veterans Administration. Previously, she led the content design team at 10up, an enterprise web development agency. She recently completed a post-graduate program in AI for leaders from the University of Texas at Austin.
She has worked in content, UX and information architecture across industries including Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, higher education, publishing and government. Amy Grace has master's degrees in user experience design and higher education. She is a frequent conference speaker and was honored to speak on the mainstage at Confab and receive two Best in Track awards from HighEdWeb. Bragging rights include earning a sensei rank in karate and singing happy birthday to Muhammad Ali.
